My husband and I had the great fortune of having Carla Lundy as our realtor. We were referred to her by a family friend, who also bought her house with Carla and highly recommended her. We are first time home buyers and Carla made the whole process easy for us. Worked with Carla to find the perfect place for me. She was so helpful! Took me to see multiple places before I found the right one. She was always available to contact and met with me based on my schedule. She was so helpful in helping me figure out exactly what I was looking for. She has lots of experience which defiantly showed when talking to her. When it came down to signing a lease she helped with read over the whole lease agreement and broke it down sentence by sentence with corrections that needed to be made and questions that needed to be answered. If It wasn't for her I would have signed it without noticed all that she did. HIGHLY recommend her.
